Sprizzo Gallery Caffe

363 W Main Street – Waukesha WI 53186          (262) 513- 5640

I definitely recommend it!

Review:  I have been to Sprizzo’s three times and all three times it has been delicious. The service is always friendly and welcoming. The food has been amazing every time!  The décor is great with booths, tables, coffee bar and artwork.  Parking is a little difficult for the area but not horrible. We have usually found a spot right away. It’s a great area downtown Waukesha, WI to then take a walk around the shops.

30 Days of Thankfulness : 19

Day 19: thankful when my husband cooks

I’m thankful when my husband cooks! Although I love being in the kitchen and creating meals that he enjoys –  It’s nice to come home from work with a hot yummy favorite meal sitting on the table.  I love chicken and pasta! My husband makes the best!  He adds a little fresh onion, red pepper flakes, and a his special ingredient (which for 4 years I didn’t have a clue what it was – black pepper, ha) Sometimes the simplest things are the most thoughtful.

1 cup pancake mix

1 egg

¾ cup milk

1 tablespoon veggie oil

½ tablespoon vanilla

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 bananas (1 mashed for in mix, 1 sliced for on top)

1 cup walnuts (1/2 chopped for in mix, ½ on top)

 (Syrup and butter)

1) Mix all ingredients together

2) 325 degrees on a skillet, (Makes about 5 pancakes) once bubbles start to form, its time to flip

3) Serve with banana slices and walnuts on top
