Teddy Rex Update

I haven’t posted about my pup lately, ALTHOUGH he has had every health problem in the books… he is still a live and happy. A little over a year, and our rescue dog has the PERFECT personality and the WORST health problems! (of course the health problems are the costly part and because of his personality we do everything we can to help him).  I feel if he could let you know, he would agree, he isvery LUCKY to be in such a loving house hold and is willing to do whatever is necessary to make him get better.  (Mites, fleas, allergies, skin infections, bacterial infections, ear infections, allergic to beef, hookworm, I’m probably forgetting a few…)
But he is alive! and HAPPY!

DAY 30: MY HUSBAND

MY HUSBAND! Saved the best for last, I seriously wanted to write about him every day but now I can reflect back on the whole month and how much I love and adore him. We truly are each other’s best friend! Soul Mates! I can’t get over how amazing he is and how lucky and THANKFUL I am to have him in my life and to call him mine!

Day 28: thankful to share the holiday

First HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!!!

ThanksGIVING! My husband and I traveled up north, bright and early this morning to visit some of my family this holiday.   I’m very thankful to share my first holiday up north with my family and with my husband.  Prior to being married, my husband and I did not share the holiday events with one another, we both spent time with our separate families.  This year, we had to change it up and start sharing the fun. This year my husband came with my family up north to Rhinelander, WI. It is great to share our traditions and have him there for all our fun.

Day 19: thankful when my husband cooks

I’m thankful when my husband cooks! Although I love being in the kitchen and creating meals that he enjoys –  It’s nice to come home from work with a hot yummy favorite meal sitting on the table.  I love chicken and pasta! My husband makes the best!  He adds a little fresh onion, red pepper flakes, and a his special ingredient (which for 4 years I didn’t have a clue what it was – black pepper, ha) Sometimes the simplest things are the most thoughtful.
